What are emotions?

Emotions are feelings we have inside our hearts and minds. They help us understand what’s going on around us and how we feel about it. Emotions can be big or small, loud or quiet, but they’re all important!

Lesson: Jealousy is not one emotion, it is made of many: fear of being left out, sadness, anger.

Lesson: Yusuf (AS) felt fear, sadness, loneliness—but he held on to hope.
